It seems like a long time ago now, but on 3 May, the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend, we went along to Little Venice to have a look at the Canalway Cavalcade. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, and there were plenty of boats and plenty of people. We watched the decorated boat parade, and had a go on the human fruit machine. It was also nice to bump into Bruce and Sheila of Sanity.

would just like to say....thaqt i enjoyd the cavalcade aagin this year with my present boat...''The Pearl Fishers'' which wont best dressed boat in the day time parade contest....and look very much to next years theme and giving some glamour to such an event...

Congratulations! I've just been looking at my photos to see if I had one of your boat. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have one. We weren't in the best position for the parade (on the bridge at the entrance to the pool). If I'd had one, I'd have posted it!
