Debdale Wharf

I've been to Debdale Wharf Marina today.  Not because it's the place Debdale is named after, but for a boat test.  In common with most marinas, getting a boat out and back in again isn't made easy.  Still, we had a nice run down to the bottom of Foxton Locks and back.  It was beautifully sunny, and bitterly cold.  Unusually, I forgot to take my camera, which is why I've resorted to a Google Maps image.

Where you trying out an 85 foot wide beam then, Come on Adam you should be able to get any boat out of there to go to Foxton in one, unless of course its in the lifting bay stern first.

Who said anything about not doing it in one?! The tightest bit is not the entrance onto the canal, but the narrow bit into the main part of the marina.

Its OK if you know where you are going, its also easier if you are going farwards and not backwards
